The Hampshire Electronics ADSR-ERER is a fully analogue, performance-oriented ADSR envelope generator designed to give you exceptional control over shaping your modulation. With voltage control over Attack, Decay, Sustain and Release, plus three additional outputs (each with inverted and non-inverted signals) for envelope shaping and self-patching, the ADSR-ERER goes far beyond a traditional ADSR.
At its core, this module produces precise, musical envelopes ideal for driving VCAs, filters, timbral sculpting, modulation routing, and experimental patching. The ADSR-ERER excels at both snappy, percussive attacks and long, evolving envelopes, with its behaviour further shaped through patch-programmable feedback using the + and – outputs. Feeding these auxiliary outputs back into the individual A, D, S, and R CV inputs allows you to customise curvature, generate exponential or logarithmic-like shapes, or even push the envelope into complex, animated forms.
Manual Gate and Trigger buttons provide hands-on control for testing shapes or performing live modulation. The module features three level-controlled “OUT 1 / OUT 2 / OUT 3” outputs as well as a Main Output, giving you flexible routing options for layered or parallel modulation paths.
Despite its powerful feature set, the ADSR-ERER remains intuitive, musical, and highly playable—perfect for shaping everything from plucky VCA contours to sweeping filter movements and unconventional modulation textures.
